From the North (Highway 10) Turn WEST (right) onto St. Germain Street (signal-controlled intersection). Follow St. Germain approx 1/2 mile over Mississippi River. Road curves north around the campus, becoming 2nd Street North. Turn LEFT onto 10th Avenue North (signal-controlled intersection). Take FIRST LEFT; Paramount Parking Ramp is on this corner. From the parking ramp, walk east toward the domed courthouse. The Administration Center is the building northeast of the domed courthouse. Our office is on the 3rd floor, Human Services Department. Metered parking lots surround the county campus.
From the South (Highway 15) Turn EAST (right) onto Hwy. 23 East/Division Street (2nd set of signal lights). Follow Hwy 23. East/Division Street approx. 4 MILES toward downtown St. Cloud. Turn LEFT at 8th Avenue North (first light after Lake George appears on your right). 8th Avenue will dead-end in front of the courthouse. Turn left, right, and left again, to move around the courthouse and onto 1st Street North. Proceed on 1st Street North one block to the Paramount Parking Ramp. From the parking ramp, walk east toward the domed courthouse. The Administration Center is the building northeast of the domed courthouse. Our office is on the 3rd floor, Human Services Department. Metered parking lots surround the county campus.
From the East (Interstate 94) Exit NORTH at Exit 171, onto Stearns County Roads 7 & 75. Turn RIGHT onto 22nd Street South (the third set of signal lights). Drive 2 blocks to Clearwater Road, and turn LEFT. Follow Clearwater Road (which becomes 9th Avenue) into downtown. Turn RIGHT onto 1st Street North (two blocks past the Highway 23/Division Street overpass). Paramount Parking Ramp is immediately on your right. From the parking ramp, walk east toward the domed courthouse. The Administration Center is the building northeast of the domed courthouse. Our office is on the 3rd floor, Human Services Department. From the West (Highway 23) Follow Highway 23 into downtown (Hwy 23 is also Division Street). Turn LEFT at 8th Avenue South (first light after Lake George appears on your right). 8th Avenue will dead-end in front of the courthouse. Turn left, right, and left again, to move around the courthouse and onto 1st Street North. Proceed on 1st Street North one block to the Paramount Parking Ramp.
