Training Reimbursement Program |

Your agency can receive partial reimbursement for any/all eligible training. Training year begins June 1 and ends June 1. Eligibility: ü All agencies providing public pre-hospital EMS response in the 14 County Central Minnesota EMS Region are eligible to apply for reimbursement. ü Eligible courses for reimbursement include First Responder Initial and Refresher; EMT Initial and Refresher; and CPR Instructor Initial and Refresher. ü Volunteer ambulance agencies will be reimbursed the remaining expenses NOT paid for by the EMSRB Volunteer Ambulance Training Fund.
How to receive reimbursement: 1. Complete and return training application by December 1, 2008. 2. Complete training between June 1, 2008 – June 1, 2009. 3. Pay the training invoice. 4. Send a copy of the training invoice to the Region no later than June 1, 2009.
¨ Training reimbursement is based upon availability of grant funding. The Region reserves the right to adjust the amount reimbursed based on changes in grant income. ¨ Total agency reimbursement may not exceed $2,000 from Central MN EMS Region. ¨ Late applications will be held and processed after all approved training requests have been paid (June 2009) if funding remains.
